Operations Manager

Big Difference, the charity behind Leicester Comedy Festival, is seeking an enterprising and collaborative Operations Manager to lead the operational and venue function of the organisation at an exciting time for the charity.

You may be working in the hospitality sector or in an entertainment venue or have brilliant commercial experience that you can bring to the role. Most of all we are looking for someone with ambition, determination, and a good sense of humour to join our friendly and hard-working team.

The Operations Manager will lead on venue operations at The Big Difference, the charity’s new comedy, music and arts venue in Leicester City Centre, as well as the operational effectiveness of the Big Difference festivals (Leicester Comedy Festival and The UK Kid’s Comedy Festival) and the charity’s year-round projects, events and administration.
